When you use Ethio Gamer Top Up via our Telegram bot, we collect: your Telegram user ID and display name, your in-game Player IDs (for order fulfillment only), transaction receipts and payment references you provide, and order history.

We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, bank credentials, or game account passwords.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to: process and fulfill your orders, verify payments with banking systems, provide customer support, prevent fraud and duplicate transactions, and improve our service.

3. Payment Security

We never store your bank account credentials. Payment verification is done by matching your transaction receipt against bank records. All payment data is processed securely and transaction IDs are stored only for fraud prevention and order tracking.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with: payment verification services (to confirm your bank transfers), game platform APIs (to deliver your top-ups, using only your Player ID), and law enforcement (only when required by Ethiopian law).

5. Data Retention

Order records are retained for accounting and dispute resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting our support team via the Telegram bot.

6. Cookies & Website Analytics

Our website may use minimal analytics to understand traffic patterns. We do not use advertising trackers or sell browsing data.
