1. Service Description
Ethio Gamer Top Up provides game credit top-up and digital gift card services through a Telegram bot. We facilitate the purchase of in-game currencies and digital products using Ethiopian Birr via local bank transfers.
2. Eligibility
You must have a Telegram account and access to a supported Ethiopian bank to use our service. By using our service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age.
3. Orders & Payments
All prices are displayed in Ethiopian Birr (ETB). You agree to pay the exact amount shown for your selected package. Payments are verified automatically against bank records. Orders are processed only after successful payment verification.
4. Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders instantly upon payment verification. Delivery times may vary due to external API availability or high demand. If delivery fails, we will either retry delivery or process a full refund.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued when we fail to deliver the purchased product. Once game credits have been successfully delivered to your account, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed. Refunds for failed deliveries are processed within 24 hours.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for: providing the correct Player ID for your game account, ensuring the payment amount matches the order total, not using the service for fraudulent or illegal activities, and not attempting to use the same transaction receipt for multiple orders.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following are prohibited: using stolen bank accounts or fraudulent payment methods, attempting to manipulate or exploit the payment verification system, reselling purchased credits at inflated prices using our platform, and using automated tools to interact with the bot without authorization.
8. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or ban users who violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our service. Banned users may appeal through our support channel.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ethio Gamer Top Up is not responsible for: incorrect Player IDs provided by the user resulting in delivery to the wrong account, game publisher actions on your account unrelated to our service, bank transfer delays or failures outside our control, or temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or external factors.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance.
